Refunds/Returns

Our policy is to accept returns of any undamaged item within 30 days of your receipt of the order. We will refund shipping costs if the return is the result of our error, or the product is defective. Specify if the return is for a replacement, the style and size or full refund. Please include a copy of the original packing slip or provide your full name and email address in the return package. For your protection, please use UPS, USPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment. It is recommended to email mobrown013@gmail.com when you are returning the harness. If you have any questions, please contact us.
